Helpful, attentive staff, thank you for treating me so well.

The staff was really kind and extremely great, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge. The venue was in a central location right by aquarium, Bourbon Street, close walk to Frenchmen and the French Quarter, FQ and Riverwalk and the Superdome and the Smoothy King arena. Downtown New Orleans district was definitely worth visiting.

It was a real good stay, well-appointed place.

I stayed here 6 nights and I appreciated it.

The corner king room provided spacious accommodations that were helpful with a broken ankle. The staff was pleasant and the location offered easy access to various attractions without being overwhelmed by the noise of the area.

The continental breakfast for the price was fantastic. There were extremely comfy beds and coffee/tea makers, a sitting area and a writing desk in the queen room. I was met by efficient and affable staff at the lobby.

The location is great for events, and the hotel is clean and modern. However, I faced an issue upon arrival with my room being unavailable, which was frustrating. The staff did their best to address my concerns and upgraded my room efficiently.

Totally recommend for a budget stay

Spacious room, convenient location, with a comfortable bed and fine views of the Superdome from our corner king room, ideal for a pleasant stay with easy access to local dining options and a fitness center.

We had a blast here! Perfect spot for events, just a short walk to the Superdome. The hotel seemed like a resort with bars and restaurants on-site. A large gym with great views on the 32nd floor was a highlight. Just keep in mind the rooms are a bit outdated. Definitely would recommend!

I faced a hiccup with the cleanliness. My room wasn't cleaned after the first night. I didn't complain since I was leaving soon, but it's worth mentioning for others.

Staying here was perfect for our family trip with the kids. We were close to the Superdome for the concert, and the free shuttle tour around the city was lit. The pool area was lively and inviting.

My kids wished for a little more variety in the breakfast options. That would make mornings easier for families. A better late-night snack bar would help too.

We faced a frustrating check-in process. Waiting over an hour to get our room was unacceptable. It reminded me of we were just left in limbo with no proper communication from staff.

The fitness center on the 32nd floor offered amazing views while working out. My stay included breakfast, and the buffet had a great variety and tasted excellent. The check-in process took forever, and I had to wait too long for my room. I faced a major hiccup when my room wasn't cleaned after the first night. Staff tried to accommodate me but lacked communication. The hallways were confusing. The hotel had a resort feel, but the layout and cleanliness issues were disappointing.
